Privacy Policy

Pehno is a virtual try-on service by NexGen. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can have it deleted.

Photos you upload

• Person photos are used only to generate your try-on. They are held for the length of your session (set by the store, typically 2–24 hours) and then deleted automatically.
• Product photos belong to the store and stay in its catalogue.
• Photos are never shared with other shoppers or stores, and are never used to train AI models.

Service providers

To generate an image, your photos are sent securely to AI image providers acting on our behalf, under terms that do not allow them to use your photos to train models.

Contact details

If you request access or give your phone number to a store, we use it only to respond to you or to send the looks you asked for.
