By using the Pehno website or services you agree to these terms.

The service

Pehno generates AI previews of products on a photo you provide. Previews are illustrations: colours, fit, scale and drape may differ from the real product, and should not be treated as a guarantee.

Your photos

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed. You must have the right to use any product photo you upload. Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.

Stores

Access for stores is provided on request. Commercial terms are agreed separately in writing.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, NexGen is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of AI previews.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
